Are you interested in Volunteering?
We need volunteers to help us:
- Collect local news
- Help us set up or run Podcasts on issues of importance or affecting different communities e.g. mental health, issues affecting young people, local Council policies & services etc
- Set up online meetings and discussion forums
- Give advice and information to local groups, community campaigns etc to help them do what they are doing better
- Create awareness of local campaigns & emerging community issues
We particularly need volunteers who have some experience of:
- IT skills
- supporting existing activities/groups connect with or collaborate with different communities
- supporting and working with volunteers
- IT and Volunteering related training and development skills
- Linking communities together
